Terms of Service

By signing up for a HoverIT Account you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “HoverIT Terms of Service”).

In these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “HoverIT” means the applicable HoverIT Contracting Party.

You must accept all the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service, including HoverIT’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.


The Services

The services offered by HoverIT under the HoverIT Terms of Service include various products and services to help you browse, buy or sell goods and services whether online, in person or both. All services offered by HoverIT are referred to in these Terms of Services as the “Services”.

You can review the HoverIT Terms of Service any time on our website. New features or tools we may add from time to time shall be also subject to the Terms of Service.

HoverIT reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time.

We advise all HoverIT users to review our Terms of Service regularly on our website.

Your continued use of HoverIT’s Services after the amended Terms of Service are published on HoverIT’s website means you agree to, and accept, the amended Terms of Service.

If you are not in agreement to any changes to the Terms of Service, do not continue to use the Service.

HoverIT at any time or for any reason reserve the right to modify or terminate our Services without reason. You should note that not all Services and features will be available in every jurisdiction, and we are under no obligation to make this so.

Service Usage

By accepting the HoverIT Terms of Service all users agree not to copy, sell, or resell, reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Services, or access to the Services without obtaining the express written permission of HoverIT.

Service Queries

Any queries regarding the HoverIT Terms of Service should be sent to HoverIT Support.

Service Conflict

The Terms of Service may be available to view in other languages than English.

Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these English Terms of Service and HoverIT’s Terms of Service available in another language, the most current English version of the Terms of Service will prevail.

Service Access

If you would like to access the Services, you must register for a HoverIT Account by providing your full legal name, an email address as well as any other information indicated as required. HoverIT may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in our sole discretion.


You cannot sell products and services on HoverIT if you are under 18 years of age. If you are under this age and you would like to sell products and services, your parents or legal guardian can start the Account on your behalf. You can also use HoverIT to purchase and browse products and services if you are under 18 years of age if your legal guardian or parents have given you, their consent.


You acknowledge that HoverIT will use the email address and phone number provided by you as well as the HoverIT Messenger services to communicate with you from time to time.


You must keep your HoverIT password secure, it is your responsibility. HoverIT cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your HoverIT account and password.

Collection and Usage of your Information

We use all the information we have and accumulate which includes the use of your information to improve our services and most importantly to keep it safe and secure.

Data Storage

HoverIT stores and transfers data across various systems around the world, including outside user’s countries of residence. As well as using data gathered by our platform, HoverIT may use data from third-party partners for a variety of reasons including but not limited to the following: to display ads, offers, and other sponsored content to you that we believe may be of interest to you.


HoverIT may use technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning across our service. You understand and agree to the usage of these technologies.


HoverIT owns all ‘Tags’ including ‘Verified Tags’ indefinitely.

HoverIT retains the right, in our sole judgement, to remove temporarily, delete, transfer the usage, deny, or change access of a ‘Tag’ or ‘Verified Tag’ at any time and at our own discretion.

HoverIT Usage

You can’t impersonate other users, people or companies.

You can’t provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

You can’t create a HoverIT Account for someone else unless you have obtained their written permission.

You can’t use HoverIT for illegal, inappropriate or unauthorized purposes. You must not violate these Terms of Service or help or encourage other people to do so.

You can’t do anything that may impair the intended operation the HoverIT Service. You can’t attempt to create HoverIT accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways.

You cannot attempt to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your HoverIT Account (Including your username) or solicit, collect, or use login credentials of any other users of the Service.

You can’t violate someone’s rights, including intellectual property by posting private or confidential information.

If you have been convicted of a sex offence, have violated any of our terms or policies, or if we have previously deleted your account, you can’t use HoverIT.

Intellectual Property, Content and Materials

HoverIT does not claim any intellectual property rights over the Content and Materials you provide to the HoverIT Service.

All Content and Materials you upload remains yours and as such you are responsible for all activity and content.

HoverIT does not pre-screen Content Materials and retains the right, in our sole judgement, to delete inappropriate material including but not limited to sexual activity, adult nudity, pornography, violence, animal cruelty, terrorist propaganda, extremist behaviour, criminal and anti-social behaviour, hate, racism or any offensive content at any time and at our own discretion. This includes the removal of your account.

You are responsible for compliance of all Content and Materials with any applicable laws or regulations.

We do not own your content however by accepting these terms you grant us a license to use it. This includes the usage of names, trademarks, service marks and logos associated with your account to promote the Service. This has no impact on the rights to your content.

We retain the right at our sole discretion to remove any content or information you share on HoverIT should we believe that it violates our Terms of Service, or any of our policies including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

We may also be permitted or required to remove any content or information you share by law.

You can delete your HoverIT Account at any time unless you have an open order. All orders must be complete for an account to be deleted.

By deleting your account, you agree that you will lose all the content and information in HoverIT Services and you will not be able to retain them.

DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

HoverIT supports the protection of intellectual property and requires all HoverIT users to do the same. It is HoverIT’s policy to respond to all notices of alleged copyright infringement. If someone believes their intellectual property rights have been infringed by another HoverIT user, they can send a DMCA Notice to HoverIT Support.


HoverIT may suspend or remove your account at any time if we suspect for any reason at our discretion that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Services and our Terms of Service.


You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device.


You give us permission to use (Compensation free) your account username, profile picture, media content uploads, information shown in or associated with your account as well as actions within your account, ads, and sponsored content.


We have the right to change your username if we believe it impersonates another user or if we believe it to be inappropriate.


HoverIT does not guarantee our service will work safely, securely, and perfectly at all times. Should there be an issue with our service or service delivery, we cannot know what all the possible impacts might be.

By accepting these Terms of Service, you understand and agree that HoverIT as well as our third-party partners will not be responsible for any lost revenue, data, information, profits or any costs or damages whatsoever which should arise out of or relate to these Terms, even if we know they are possible.

This could include the deletion of your account, information, and content. HoverIT reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, the Services or part of with or without notice.

HoverIT shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

HoverIT is not responsible for any users (Including people and companies) conduct, speech, comments, content, products, and services even if they are accessible through our platform.

HoverIT does not warrant the quality of any products, services, materials, or information.

Using the HoverIT Services is at your sole risk.

Account Ownership

The person signing up for and opening a HoverIT Account will be the account owner or contracting party for the purposes of our Terms of Service.

Account usage on behalf of your employer

You may sign up and open a HoverIT account on behalf of your employer; however, your employer shall be the account owner. If you are doing so, then you must use your employer issued email address and you represent your employer and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind your employer to HoverIT’s Terms of Service.

The Account owner is responsible and liable for the acts, omissions and defaults arising from use of their staff in the performance of obligations under these Terms of Service as if they were the account owner’s own acts, omissions or defaults.

Account Ownership Dispute

HoverIT retains the right to determine, in our sole judgment, rightful account ownership and transfer an account to the rightful account owner. If we are unable to determine the real or rightful account owner we reserve the right to temporarily disable an account until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved.

We reserve the right to request documentation necessary for us to determine or confirm account ownership including but not limited to a scanned copy of your business license, your passport or another government issued photographic ID, the last four digits of the credit card we have on file, an employee identification card, as well as any other documentation we consider necessary to properly verify account ownership.


Verbal or written abuse of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, spoken, or written of any HoverIT user or employee will result in immediate account cancellation.

HoverIT Contracting Party

The “HoverIT Contracting Party” means HoverIT PTE. LTD, a corporation formed under the laws of Singapore, with an office located at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Centre.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Singapore do have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, or in connection, with the HoverIT Terms of Service and that accordingly any proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Service shall be brought in such courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms of Service and is hereby expressly excluded.

Payment of Fees

You will pay the Fees that apply to your subscription if any, to HoverIT including any fees associated with Stripe and our other payment partners.

These fees may include subscription fees, transaction fees, and any additional Fees.

All applicable Taxes associated with your subscription is your responsibility.

For the avoidance of any doubt, all sums that are payable by you to HoverIT, under these Terms of Service, shall be paid free and clear of any deductions or withholdings whatsoever.

HoverIT does not provide refunds.

Account Cancellation

You can cancel your account time in the “Account Settings” section of your HoverIT Account. If you are having trouble, please contact HoverIT Support.

Upon termination of the Services provided by HoverIT by either party for any reason you will no longer have to access your account and your account will be taken offline. Should there be any outstanding balances owed to HoverIT for your use of the Services these balances will become due immediately and payable in full upon the cancellation of your account.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the HoverIT Service, the Terms of Service and/or your account for any reason, without notice at any time. Termination of the Terms of Service shall be without prejudice to any rights or obligations which arose prior to the date of termination.

HoverIT Pricing

Prices for using the Services are subject to change upon 28 days’ notice from HoverIT. This notice can be given at any time by posting the changes to the HoverIT Site (hoverit.com). We may also contact you directly via the email address you have provided.

Beta Services

From time to time, HoverIT may reach out to invite users to trial new beta features that are in development. Beta Services and features could be subject to new and additional terms and conditions.

New Beta Services and features including all associated correspondence, conversations and materials will be considered HoverIT Confidential Information and subject to the confidentiality provisions contained in this Terms of Service agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not for any reason make any statements in public or otherwise or disclose your participation in the Beta Services without HoverIT’s prior written consent.

HoverIT makes no representations or warranties that the Beta Services will function. HoverIT may discontinue the Beta Services at any time in its sole discretion.

HoverIT will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service. It is important to note that the Beta Services may not work in the same way as a final version.

HoverIT may change or not release a final or commercial version of a Beta Service in our sole discretion.


HoverIT welcomes any ideas and/or suggestions regarding improvements or additions to the Services. Please contact HoverIT Support to leave feedback.

Rights of Third Parties

No third-party person or entity shall have any right to enforce any term of these Terms of Service.

Privacy and Data Protection   

HoverIT is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of all our users personal information. By using the HoverIT Service you acknowledge and agree that HoverIT’s collection, usage, and disclosure of any personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Additionally, if: (a) you are established in the European Economic Area (EEA); (b) you provide goods or services to customers in the EEA; or (c) you are otherwise, subject to the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, HoverIT’s collection and use of personal information of any European residents are also subject to our Privacy Policy.


A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Service as determined at the sole discretion of HoverIT may result in an immediate termination of your Services.

When you create a HoverIT Account for any reason including, browsing, promoting, buying, and selling purposes you agree to these terms.

Updating These Terms

HoverIT can from time to time change or amend our Service and policies which in turn will result in changes to these Terms of Service.

If you continue to use the HoverIT Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. You can delete your account if you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms.

You can review the current version of the Terms of Service at any time on our website.
